At Euphoria Coffee, we believe every step of that journey matters.

Founded in Northeast Iowa in 2017, Euphoria began with a simple idea: coffee could be more than just something you drink. It could be an opportunity to connect with people, discover something new, and find a little joy in the everyday.

Today, we roast specialty coffee for people who appreciate the difference that care, quality, and meaningful relationships can make.

And we’re just getting started.

Exceptional coffee doesn’t begin in a roastery. It begins with the farmers who grow it.

Behind every coffee is a place, a person, and a series of decisions that shape what’s in your cup. The variety of the plant, the conditions it grows in, the way the cherries are harvested and processed, and the care taken after harvest all contribute to the character of the finished coffee.

We believe the people responsible for that work deserve to be known and appreciated.

That’s why we prioritize direct sourcing, transparency, and long-term relationships with the producers behind our coffees. We want to understand where our coffee comes from, how it’s produced, and what makes each lot special. Many of our sourcing relationships span years, allowing us to build trust, learn from one another, and develop a deeper appreciation for the work involved.

We’re not interested in treating coffee as just another commodity. We want to know the people behind it, celebrate their work, and share the results with you.

Because the better we understand the journey from farm to cup, the more meaningful every cup becomes.

Our job is to honor the work that happens long before coffee reaches our roastery.

We approach roasting with curiosity, precision, and respect for what makes each coffee unique. Rather than forcing every coffee into the same flavor profile, we work to bring out its best qualities—whether that’s the familiar comfort of chocolate and caramel, the clarity and sweetness of a beautifully balanced coffee, or the vibrant fruit character of something entirely unexpected.
