Located in the heart of West Union, this is our original café and roastery built around thoughtful coffee, genuine hospitality, and community connection. The café features a full espresso menu, seasonal specialties, fresh pastries, waffles, bagels, and a rotating selection of specialty coffees roasted in-house. Located in Calmar, this is our second café, opened in the fall of 2024. Set in a small town along a busy highway, this location was created to bring specialty coffee and genuine hospitality to both the local community and those passing through. The café offers a full menu of espresso drinks, seasonal specialties, fresh pastries, bagels, and a rotating selection of specialty coffees roasted in our roastery just 15 min down the road. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick coffee on the road, meeting up with friends, or settling in for a slower morning, Calmar is designed to be a comfortable everyday gathering place centered around quality, connection, and community.

Tucked into the community of Fredericksburg, this is a neighborhood café built around simple hospitality and thoughtfully crafted coffee. Opened in spring of 2025 as our third location, this café features a menu of espresso drinks, signature seasonal beverages, pastries, bagels and specialty coffee served in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. With its slower pace and hometown feel, the Fredericksburg location is a place to catch up with friends, start the morning well, or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee close to home.
